“Hi there! I am Katie Arellano, Division Director for Austin/Temple/Killeen. I have been an Occupational Therapist since 2006 and have had the pleasure of working here at Therapy 2000 for 11 years. During this time, I have worn a few hats – field staff therapist, team manager, clinical manager, and currently, division director. I’ve seen our company grow leaps and bounds, while weathering numerous industry changes and a global pandemic! Through it all, we have remained true to our core values: “We Celebrate Diversity”, “We Strive for Excellence”, “We Unleash Potential”, “We Make it Fun”, “We Give Back”, and “We Show Integrity” – all centered around our heartfelt mission: “We Improve Lives!”

 

I love working with children and their families in their natural environment. I love the flexibility and autonomy that home health affords.
