Hi, my name is Courtney Swift, and I am the Director of Recruiting for Therapy 2000. I have been with Therapy 2000 since October 2019. I started with T2K as a marketer and recruiter for the Central Texas division. In 2020, I was promoted to Recruiting Manager. I was born and raised in a small town, Eastland, Tx, and graduated from Texas Tech University. I have been in the healthcare marketing/sales industry for over 20 years and have also been in management in various capacities as well as a National Sales Trainer. Over the last 12 years, I have primarily been working with the pediatric community throughout Central Texas.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, listening to true crime podcasts, cheering on the Red Raiders and spoiling my two nieces and two nephews. I love living in the Austin area and exploring live music events, new restaurants, and shopping spots.

I love working at Therapy 2000 because we get to serve kiddos and their families and hopefully make their world a little brighter each day. The people that make up Therapy 2000 are some of the brightest, compassionate, and supportive people that I have ever gotten the privilege of serving alongside with. It is truly and honor to represent Therapy 2000.
